Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received after 1pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST, as well as Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.
We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders outside of the United States.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Free Ground Shipping is offered on all orders over $150, not including sales tax. Free shipping offers are not valid on Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico orders.
Standard Ground Shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days.*
Overnight and Second Day delivery is available for an additional charge. These are considered Priority Orders and must be placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.*
Shipping Charges are based on package weight and delivery location. We cannot deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes or military installations.
* Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
Pratimaskincare.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
Pratimaskincare.com cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States.
At this time, Pratimaskincare.com cannot accept any credit gift cards.
All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing.
Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
Pratimaskincare.com is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items purchased through Pratimaskincare.com online store for a full refund, if within 14 days of original purchase and have used less than 2/3 of the bottle. There is no refund for shipping costs and we cannot accept any used or unused skincare products after 14 days. To return or exchange your purchase, you must first call PRATIMA customer care at 1-877-765-0378 in order to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA number). Please have your receipt and order number in hand. We can provide a shipping label upon request—shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if our shipping label is used. You are welcome to use any mail provider that is most convenient for you, however, please note that Pratimaskincare.com is not responsible for shipping fees or lost/stolen packages, when you are not utilizing one of our recommended providers and shipping labels. For returns, your account will be refunded once we have received your return shipment.
We are unable to refund shipping charges on returns or exchanges and we cannot accept any used or unused skincare products after 14 days. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately.
FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged, immediately contact PRATIMA Customer Care at 1-877-765-0378. Do NOT discard the box nor any contents for possible UPS inspection. UPS requires a verification of the lost or damaged goods in order to provide any reimbursement. Failure to keep all contents of the package may invalidate a refund or replacement. If an item is leaking, place entire contents, including the box, inside a plastic bag.
If an item is missing, immediately contact PRATIMA Customer Care at 1-877-765-0378 to notify us of the situation.
Two samples are sent with every Pratimaskincare.com order. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of requests we receive, we can only send samples with orders.
