Select the answer that best describes you

Skin Type A

Your skin can best be described as dry or dehydrated, and has small or invisible pores. You may experience breakouts, but it is seldom, if at all. Your optimal skincare routine would work to alleviate dryness, reduce fine lines, firm and even skin tone, and provide the necessary nutrients to prevent the signs of aging.

Select A

Skin Type B

Your skin can best be described as combination skin. Generally you are more oily in the t-zone and drier along the cheeks, but depending on the season, you can feel more dry or more oily. You may experience occasional to regular breakouts. Your skin might be sensitive in the form of redness, inflammation, and irritations, or you may flush easily. Your optimal skincare routine would work to balance combination skin conditions and pacify sensitivities, while giving the necessary nutrients to nourish skin and prevent the signs of aging.

Skin Type C

Your skin can best be described as oily, and may have larger pores. Your skin might be clear and smooth or you could be experiencing congested pores and cystic blemishes, especially around the mouth and chin. Your optimal skincare routine would help to regulate oil production and clarify your complexion, while giving the necessary nutrients to nourish skin and prevent the signs of aging.

According to the science of Ayurveda, each individual is comprised of the five fundamental elements: Space, Air,  Fire, Water and Earth. When combined, these elements form your unique mind-body type or dosha - Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Each individual is composed of a combination of all three doshas, with different proportions of each, making us all beautifully unique. Often times, two doshas are more dominant than the third, however, some individuals may have an equal proportion of all three doshas, which is referred to as “tridoshic”. It is important to remember that no combination of dosha proportions is better than another. The goal is to achieve a healthy state of balance, unique to your dosha.
