This was the essential oil Pratima first prescribed for me when I started using her products nearly four years ago, so I have sort of a deeper attachment to it you could say. Pratima herself could tell you I was hesitant to use oil on my face because I used to break out from time to time. But the minute I started using the Kapha essential oil, I realized and my skin realized what true nourishment really was. And my skin seemed to thank me after that and ever since. Sometimes, in the heart of winter, I'll use the Nourishing Essential Oil for something a little richer, but most of the year round, I use Kapha. I've noticed that in the past four years, I frequently get comments on my skin and how young I look for my age, which I don't mind in the least! - Jenna K, Weehawken, NJ |
