PRATIMA Spa Welcomes You Back


Dear PRATIMA Spa Guests,

 

We are pleased to welcome you back to PRATIMA Spa.

In light of recent events regarding COVID-19, we have made some important updates regarding our everyday practices to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests, as well as our team. These new procedures have been carefully crafted to meet the most stringent standards of hygiene and safety, while minimizing every possible disruption to our relaxing sanctuary of wellbeing.

 

Your safety and serenity are our top priority

  • All appointments at PRATIMA Spa must be booked in advance. Unfortunately walk-in appointments are not available at this time
  • Complete disinfection and sterilization of treatment rooms and facilities are performed at the start and end of each day, in addition to regular sanitization each hour. We have dedicated extended time for the deep cleaning of all treatment rooms and guest facilities before and after each appointment
  • Sterilized spa linens, robes and towels are provided for each individual guest
  • Therapist equipment and tools are disinfected and sterilized after each guest
  • All team members are required to perform daily health checklists and temperature monitoring
  • PRATIMA Skincare purchases will be available for phone order pick up only. To place an order for pickup, please call (212) 581-8136 or email info@pratimaspa.com
  • PRATIMA Skincare purchases may also be made after scheduled treatments at PRATIMA Spa with the assistance of our Spa Coordinators
  • Online orders may be made at any time on pratimaskincare.com
  • To accommodate our increased safety measures, PRATIMA Spa opening hours have changed to Wednesday - Friday, 12 - 8pm and Saturdays 11am - 7pm


Preparing for your appointment


  • All guests are required to check in at our main reception in the SoHo building with a valid ID or driver’s license as per our building management. Thermal scanners have been installed to monitor temperatures of all guests
  • Please note that masks are required for entry into the SoHo building as well as PRATIMA Spa


On the day of your service


  • Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment
  • A member of our team will greet you upon your arrival, including a brief safety intake form
  • Shoes must be removed at the door. You will receive a personal kit of treatment accessories, including disposal socks, cap and comb, plus hygienic mask
  • Our spa includes a private changing room where you will be assigned a designated locker to change into your robe and securely store your personal items. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate large items such as shopping bags that do not fit inside your locker
  • A private guest restroom is available for use during your visit
  • Pre-packed boxed water will be provided


During your treatment


  • All guests will be asked to wear provided masks for the duration of their visit, with the exception of facial appointments while inside the treatment room. We ask that all guests wear masks in common areas, including bathrooms, change rooms and reception areas at all times
  • PRATIMA Spa therapists will utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) including face masks, face shields and/or protective eye wear throughout each treatment. Gloves may be worn upon guest request


After your treatment


  • Guests may return to our private changing room or use restrooms as desired
  • Contactless payment will be available upon checkout with our Spa Coordinators
  • PRATIMA Skincare purchases may be made with the assistance of Spa Coordinators Premade samples will be available for select products
  • Cashless gratuity for services are welcome


Cancellations or changes to your appointment


  • If you are feeling unwell, have an elevated temperature or experience any cold or flu-like symptoms, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pratimaspa.com or (212) 581-8136
  • Services are available via appointment only. As we are not able to offer walk-ins at this time, we have dedicated your appointment time for your exclusive use. As such, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 25% cancellation fee
