Will I receive points from previous orders?
No. Your PRATIMA Points will start accumulating the day you join the program. You will automatically earn 100 points for signing up if you do not have an existing PRATIMA Skincare account.
Do PRATIMA Points expire?
Your earned PRATIMA Points are valid for a rolling 1 year (365 day) period.
Do my rewards expire?
Once you redeem your reward, you will have 6 months to apply it to an order.
Can I redeem multiple rewards at the same time?
Each reward you earn will be linked to a unique code that you can enter at checkout. Only one code can be applied per order.
Is there a limit to how many PRATIMA Points I can earn?
There are no limits to your points earned through your orders. Social media points (Instagram and Facebook) are awarded once, while birthday bonuses are earned every year. PRATIMA Points expire on a rolling 365 day period.
Terms & Conditions
- Members must be signed in to accumulate points. Retroactive points for previous orders or actions are not applicable.
- Sign up points are only valid for new accounts. Existing PRATIMA Skincare account holders are not eligible for sign up points.
- Members must enter their birthday at least 30 days in advance to receive birthday points.
- Instagram and Facebook points are a one-time point earning.
- If points are earned based on an order, and the order is later canceled, returned, or partially returned, points will automatically be deducted from the member's balance.
- If a reward is redeemed based on points earned and the order is later canceled, returned, or partially returned, the points relative to the reward will be deducted from the member's balance.
- Gift Card purchases are not valid for points earning, however points will be awarded to the receiver of the Gift Card when the Gift Card is used to place an order.
- Points are only awarded on the actual amount paid at the time of ordering and are not applied to the value of a discount included in the order.
- PRATIMA Skincare reserves the right to cancel any promotion due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system erroror unforeseen problems.
- PRATIMA Skincare reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel any portion of PRATIMA Points without notice.
