Order Assistance
Order Processing & Tracking
We ship from New York City within 1-4 business days of your order confirmation. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. We are closed on weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email after placing your order.
Product Returns
If your product isn’t the right fit for you, we accept returns for a full refund if within 14 days of original purchase and if you have used less than 1/3 of the product.
There is no refund for shipping costs, no exchanges, and we cannot accept any used or unused skincare products after 14 days.

Damaged or Missing Products
If a product is missing from your order or damaged during transit, please email or call us immediately:

For damaged products, we advise keeping the box and contents for any possible shipping carrier inspection. Failure to keep all contents of the package may invalidate a refund or replacement.
Any lost or damaged package claims may only be submitted directly to Pratima Skincare.
Lost or Missing Packages
If the tracking information for your package shows a delivery confirmation, but you are unable to locate it, please reach out to us immediately:

A member of our team will be happy to assist you. Any order reported lost or missing 15 days after delivery receipt will not be eligible for a replacement, refund, or resolution.

Shipping
FREE SHIPPING is offered on all orders over $125, not including sales tax. Free shipping offers are not valid on Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico orders.
OVERNIGHT AND SECOND-DAY SHIPPING is available. These expedited orders must be placed before 12 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. Business Days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
SHIPPING CHARGES are generated by the carrier and are based on package weight and delivery location.
We're happy to say we are in the process of implementing international shipping and will notify you once this service is available.
Payment Methods
We gladly accept all major credit cards and debit cards. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
Third-party payment methods, including PayPal and Shop Pay, are also accepted.
Sales Tax
PRATIMA Skincare is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York State.

Ayurvedic Consultation appointments are only available via Zoom video and phone.
