In practicing safe social distancing and enhanced sterilization measures across our small-batch manufacturing and fulfillment facilities, orders may require extended processing time of up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and support while we work diligently to ensure the safety and quality of your order.

We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders outside of the United States.

Order Assistance

Tracking Your Package

Each online order includes a tracking number for the shipping provider used to deliver your package, including a status update on each step of transit. You can find your tracking number on the order confirmation email you received after placing your order.

Product Returns

If your product isn’t the right for for you, we accept returns for a full refund if within 14 days of original purchase and if you have used less than 1/3 of the product.

There is no refund for shipping costs, no exchanges, and we cannot accept any used or unused skincare products after 14 days.

For returns, please send an email with your order number, items you are returning, and reason for return to customercare@pratimaskincare.com . We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) along with return instructions. You are welcome to use any mail provider of your choice. Your account will be refunded once we have received your return shipment.

Missing or Damaged Products

If a product is missing from your order or damanged during transit, please call or email us immediately:

For damaged products, please DO NOT discard the box, nor any contents for possible USPS inspection. Failure to keep all contents of the package may invalidate a refund or replacement.

Lost or Missing Packages

If the tracking informtion for your package shows a USPS delivery confirmation but you are unable to locate it, please reach out to us immediately:

A member of our team will be happy to assist you. Any order reported lost or missing 15 days after delivery receipt will not be eligible for a replacement, refund or resolution.

Shipping

FREE GROUND SHIPPING is offered on all orders over $100, not including sales tax. Free shipping offers are not valid on Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico orders.

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING takes approximately 5–7 business days.*

OVERNIGHT AND SECOND DAY SHIPPING is available for an additional charge. These are considered Priority Orders and must be placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.*

SHIPPING CHARGES  are based on package weight and delivery location. We cannot deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes or military installations.

* Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders outside of the United States.

Payment Methods

We gladly accept all major debit cards and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States.

Third-party payment methods, including PayPal and Shop Pay, are also accepted.

PRATIMA Skincare cannot accept any credit gift cards. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

Sales Tax

PRATIMA Skincare is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York state.
