Very Sensitive Herbal Cleanser

I’ve been using this cleanser for three years. It’s very gentle on my sensitive skin. I was diagnosed with perioral dermatitis a few years ago and this takes the red right out. I actually leave a dab of it on any redness around my mouth/chin over night. It’s works amazingly well. It does flake off all over my pillow like dust but that is a small price to pay. Love it!

Have been using this on and off since the late 80s. As an acutely chemically sensitive person with very sensitive skin, this is a g/dsend. Love the ayurvedic scent. If you let it dry on your face it becomes a gentle exfoliant in between Pratima's masks.

The sensitive cleanser is nice. I have been using it for over a year. I have very sensitive skin and I have had no skin allergies or reactions with it. I am so grateful for all the products that Pratima creates, all natural! Thus, there are no side effects that other retail products have.

I first learned about this product in 2018 when I was struggling with perioral dermatitis. It was the only cleanser I could use without irritating my face. I eventually graduated to Vata cleanser but I recently returned to this old standby when I had a laser peel. This and the Vata cleanser both effectively clean while gently exfoliating and keeping my skin beautiful. Forever grateful, Pratima.

I mix this with aloe gel during the Summer for a gentle cleanser. I have very sensitive skin and I love how this exfoliates my skin without the irritation.

Very gentle, exfoliating cleanser. Doesn’t irritate sensitive skin prone to breakouts. It’s a little tricky to spread around well, but that might just be a learning curve.

This cleanser was my first Pratima product and really carried me through my skin healing journey. It is gentle but cleans thoroughly. Although I have been able to graduate to other Pratima cleansing products... I still keep this should I ever have a bad reaction but need to clean my face thoroughly with care. It works!

This is the only cleanser I will ever use. It is completely gentle but also removes dirt and build up. I have extremely sensitive skin that reacts to other cleansers I have used, this cleanser doesn’t dry your skin out it actually nourishes and hydrates.

I used this face cleanser religiously for a few years back in 2014-17 and just rebought it and it's a bit rougher than I remember it being. Did the ingredients change? Or did I just become more sensitive? In general I'd say this is a great exfoliating cleanser for someone with sensitive skin, and what I like about it is that you can travel with it easily and it's shelf-stable because it's dry. That said, it's not as great as I remember it to be -- at least for me.

This cleanser is highly effective as well as great for sensitive skin. This was the first product that didn't aggravate my skin at all.

I have rosacea prone skin and this cleanser helps me clean my skin without making it mad! I keep it in the shower and use it once a day. This cleanser exfoliates my skin without bothering it, unlike other cleansers I have tried. I use the soothing lotion and neem oil after and it keeps my skin soft and clear :)

I started using this cleanser during my 1st trimester of pregnancy when my skin changed and became even more oily / sensitive. I have been using it throughout pregnancy and it has been amazing. My skin has never looked better! I love that it exfoliates gently and can be used daily. I use it 1x per day in the shower!

I love using this with the Kumari Liquid Cleanser to make my paste. The exfoliation is so gentle, it can be used every day.

Like Pratima’s facial sunscreen, I have been using this cleanser for years. It is gently exfoliating, great for everyday cleansing. I love that it’s in powder form - no need to worry about TSA liquid requirements while traveling. It also gives me the freedom to use a little more powder with less water to create a mask!

My skin is quite sensitive. I used to get the pitta cleanser, but after visiting one of the estheticians at Pratima she recommend this cleanser. It is noticeably silkier and feels so gentle on my skin, I’ve started using it morning and night when I need an extra cleanse, especially in the summer, and it feels great!

I have extremely sensitive skin (rosacea, acne, etc.) and this cleanser does not irritate my skin at all and has cleared up my acne. At first I thought it would be annoying to have to mix it with water in order to use, but it's so easy and worth it! Such a unique cleanser. Highly recommend it!!
