Returns Submission Form

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns for a full refund if within14 days of order delivery date, provided you have used less than 1/3 of the product.

Refunds do not include shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges, and we cannot accept returns for any used or unused skincare products after 14 days.

Returns Terms & Conditions

Please note that returns are subject to approval.

Products returned without authorization may be disqualified for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

PRATIMA Skincare reserves the right to decline a returns request, subject to our terms and conditions, should we identify any actions that violate our policies.

Damaged or Missing Items

If a product is missing from your order or damaged during transit, please call or email us immediately:

For damaged products, please DO NOT discard the box, nor any contents for possible shipping carrier inspection. Failure to keep all contents of the package may invalidate a refund or replacement.

Any lost or damaged package claims may only be submitted directly to Pratima Skincare.
